How will I know when my order is confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. You will receive one email that confirms the details of your order, and the second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your order tracking number.

Payment and Shipping

Payment- We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express, PayPal and ATM/Debit Cards with a VISA or Master Card logo.

Shipping-Getting your supplies fast and on time is something we understand. We ship Monday - Friday with orders usually placed before 12pm (PST) shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be shipped the following day. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Fridays and any time on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item than the website currently allows?

You may call or email us (213)489-2029 or info@zipupzipper.com for help placing a large order. Or you may place multiple orders directly on our website.
